Terms and Conditions

Limited time and private use only. Private screenings or any portion thereof are not available for resale. Fees vary based on location and date/time. Please review your cart carefully before purchasing. Fee is for room rental only. Food and beverage not included. Promotion runs through August 30, 2021 or while supplies last. Booking must be made online and rental fee must be paid in advance.  Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before scheduled screening. Films that are currently playing at the cinema cannot be streamed from other sources. Movie studios mandate that each guest purchase a ticket to watch all movies currently showing at the cinema, even when hosting a Silverspot Private Screening. Tax and gratuity are not included.

How much does it cost to rent a private auditorium with this promotion?

Rental fees vary by location, date and time. This fee covers the rental of the private auditorium only. No food and beverage or tickets for movies currently showing at the cinema are included.

Is tax and gratuity included in the rental fee?

Tax is included in your rental fee but gratuity is not included and should be paid separately at the theater after your screening.

How do I book a Silverspot Private Screening?

All of our Silverspot Private Screenings must booked online at www.silverspot.net/private. Look for the BOOK INSTANTLY NOW button and be sure to select your desired location first. Then, you can see all the available dates and times. The rental fee for these screenings is paid online at the time of booking.

How many guests can I bring to a Silverspot Private Screening?

The maximum number of guests allowed for this promotion is (20).

What if I want to have more than 20 guests at my Silverspot Private Screening?

Should you wish to reserve an auditorium for more than (20) guests, we would love to assist you in planning an event! Please send event details to us via our contact form.

How large is the auditorium for this promotion?

Auditorium size varies by location and availability. 

Can I order food and beverages at a Silverspot Private Screening?

Yes. A server will visit your auditorium before your movie begins to take your food and drink order. Guests can currently order from our menu which offers a wide selection of made-to-order fare from our full kitchen. Guests can also enjoy freshly-prepared signature cocktails, craft beer and premier wines from our full bar. Check out our menus at Silverspot.net/food-and-drinks. Happy hour specials are not available in the auditoriums.

Can I pre-order the food and beverages for my private screening?

Yes! This would make it easy for you and your guests to receive your favorite food and drinks shortly after arriving. Please use our contactless ordering link eat.silverspot.net

Can I bring a cake or any other snacks to my private screening?

Normally, outside food and beverage is not allowed at the theater; however, for this promotion, we are allowing guests to bring in a birthday cake or birthday cupcakes for their screening.

Can I bring in any decorations for my auditorium?

No items that need to be affixed to the wall or other surface are allowed. Balloons may be placed at the entrance of the auditorium reserved for your screening. Balloons are not allowed inside the auditorium. Other minimal décor is acceptable but can only be set up inside your auditorium and must be cleaned up before your party departs. If your auditorium is left excessively dirty or disorderly, a $200 cleaning fee will apply. Absolutely no confetti is allowed.

How long is a Silverspot Private Screening?

Auditoriums are rented for three hours. Private screening host should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to set up and test screening content.

What if the content I want to watch lasts longer than three hours?

Should you wish to watch a film or sporting event that last more than three hours, two back-to-back Silverspot Private Screening slots will need to be purchased.

How long will Silverspot Private Screening rentals be available?

The current online promotional pricing for this promotion is available through August 30, 2021. Available dates and times can be found online at www.silverspot.net/private

What if I want to book a Silverspot Private Screening after August 30, 2021?

Please send us your event details at contact form and someone from our Events Department will get back to you promptly. Event managers are available during regular business hours.

What programming can I watch at a Silverspot Private event?

We help you trade your TV screen for the silver screen by providing access to your streaming accounts in the auditorium. Just bring your login credentials and sign in to your account from the cinema. Guests can also watch one of the films already playing at the theater but each guest will then be required to also purchase a ticket for that movie as movie studios mandate that a ticket must be sold for every person watching a film showing at the cinema, even when hosting a Silverspot Private Screening. Also, films that are playing at the cinema cannot be streamed from other sources (including VOD). Please note that content that is illicit or obscene in nature or content that violates federal piracy laws is not permitted.

I want to watch a new release. How do I buy tickets or select the movie?

Guests reserve their private screening online by selecting ONE seat in an auditorium. Movie selection is done separately when our cinema staff contacts you one or two days prior to your screening. Please be sure to let them know what you will be watching when they contact you and they will assist you with the ticket purchase once you arrive at the cinema for your screening.

How will I know what is playing at the cinema on the day of my event?

Our movie selection changes weekly. Please check our website on the Tuesday prior to your screening to see what movies are playing in your selected cinema for that week.

I want to stream something from one of my apps. What types of content have other guests watched?

During this promotion, other guests have enjoyed watching flashback favorite movies, season premieres or finales of beloved shows, original films featured on their streaming apps, live sporting events, concerts, cultural events and more.

Do I have to wear a face mask for my Silverspot Private Screening?

Per CDC guidelines, all unvaccinated guests are required to wear masks when entering the theater and when moving about any of the common areas such as the restroom and/or restaurant area. Face masks should also be worn inside the auditorium, except when you are eating or drinking.

After receiving my confirmation, what do I do when I arrive at the theater?

Upon arrival, please check in with our Guest Relations team. Show them your printed confirmation or the information on your mobile device and a team member will escort you to your theater and assist you with your content.

I need to cancel my Silverspot Private Screening and am still within the 72 hour time limit?

If your screening is a minimum of 72 hours away, you can cancel by sending a message directly to the theater where you have booked. Please include your name, phone number and date and time of your screening and select the email for your theater: Brookfield (gm-corners@silverspot.net), (Chapel Hill (gm-chapel@silverspot.net), Coconut Creek (gm-cc@silverspot.net), Miami (gm-miami@silverspot.net), Naples (gm@silverspot.net), Orange Village (gm-pinecrest@silverspot.net), Atlanta (gm-atlanta@silverspot.net).

What if I want to change the date or time of my screening?

Please send a message through our contact form if you want to change your date or time. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, based on availability. Please note that if the new date and time you selected is a different price, the GREATER of the two prices will be in effect.
